NuoRDS Server v2.1 for macOS 10.12/10.13 - Build 2018/10/16

This update contains minor improvements of the config watcher and the server log.

IMPORTANT: Those customers who already installed NuoRDS v3 should ignore this update.

Released products:

- NuoRDS Server v2.1.655.0 for macOS Sierra 10.12.6+.
- NuoRDS Server v2.1.658.0 for macOS High Sierra 10.13.4+.

Fixed problems:

- NuoRDS Menu can disappear after change of screen resolution.

- NuoRDS Agent is searching for an unexistend application ID.

Improvements:

- The config watcher has been extended with detailed information about last modifications.

- The server log has been extended with screen-lock report and automatic login actions.
