NuoRDS Server v1.0 for Mac OS X 10.12 - Build 2017/04/05

This update v1.0.110.0 fixes issues, reported by customers running NuoRDS v1.0 for Mac OS X 10.12.

Fixed problems:

- Sporadic crash of user-level agent in attempt to switch audio device.

- Authorization plugin is not registered properly after first setup.
